Royale Business Club Review: Why it stays on top and how it got there fast

One way or another, you’ve already heard about Royale Business Club International, Inc., currently the top distributorship and network marketing company in my native Philippines.

Before I begin, however, I’d like to get something of the way, as all reviewers do: I’d like to put stress on the fact that this review is going to be objective, honest and unbiased. Yes. I’m an Independent Distributor for Royale, but I’m not going to convince you to join or anything. This review is simply to give you an objective look at the company so that you get to know your way with your options.
Okay, here are my mum and niece…engaging in the business too! It has become a family business to us.

Now, let’s talk details: in the eight years of its on-going operation, Royale took the Asian market by storm—and gradually—other continents, too. Since its inception in 2006, Royale have seen more than 700 self-made millionaires already, and built international offices in Dubai, Taiwan and Singapore (plus, recently, London), which are pretty solid achievements alone, andfantastic, given the short period of time that they took.

In this review, I’ll dive in and will be looking into Royale’s product line, marketing plan and finally, just why I decided to join and promote it in my blog.
Overview: What is Royale Business Club?

Royale Business Club is a 100% Filipino-owned Company that caters beauty and wellness products. (Why beauty and wellness, read this article). It’s a network marketing company but also utilizes multi-level marketing only as one of the various ways it promotes to produce income, which is something I love about it.

Let me get this out of the way first, with Royale’s sign-up* you will get:
Product Package (value worth: P 16,110 or approximately $399)
Up to 30% Discount in all of Royale’s products.
Admission to Royale’s Marketing System (or the company’s Five Ways to Earn)
One (1) slot in Royale’s IDTC (Independent Distributor’s Tracking Center); practically an online accountant where all your transactions in Royale will reflect.
Royale I.D. (valid in all of Royale’s international offices.

Royale I.D

Free Personal Accident Insurance (worth: P 320,000 or approximately $7,499)
Free Entrepreneurial Trainings (helpful for your Royale business)
Free Marketing Tools (brochures, audiovisual CD, etc)
Application Forms

*signing up costs P 14,790 (or approximately $350) and you get everything above for free!

Royale’s web-integrated Independent Distributor Tracking Center can be easily accessed even with mobile device.

Royale has five ways to earn: direct selling, leveraging (repeat binary system), point system marketing (unilevel and multi-level) and profit sharing/incentive programs. I like that Royale gives these options to its independent distributors on choosing which ways they’d like to earn. For example, if I’m more effective in selling products, I’ll go for direct selling. It’s entirely up to the independent distributor but Royale’s unique leveraging system is considered as the core of the business. This is where the bigger income comes from. I personally allot 80% of my time doing this aspect of the business.

Let me emphasize the multi-level marketing aspect of Royale. It’s great that Royale’s MLM has no quota, time frame nor demotion, so no pressure!—true to the independence it promises to its distributors.

One wonders how this company got so big, and I think it’s all because of its products: Royale manufactures its own products to which it sets meticulous standards for.

This is an objective outlook: in the Philippines, many companies have failed to see the most primitive—most basic!—fundamental aspect in network marketing: the products. Royale understands this perfectly, restricting any advertisement for any of their products, setting a strict standard retail price (SRP), and implementing efficient sets of rules, thus making for a distributor-friendly marketing. If the products are effective and–in Royale’s case–inexpensive, the sales force is nevermore stronger. Explaining the fast and large growth.
The Products: Importance of Efficacy, Transparency and Price

What I like about Royale products is the fact that they simply work. No bullshit. No scheme. No false advertisements. If a Royale product claims that it will help in correcting the lines on your face, count on it that your facial lines will be refined. If a Royale product claims that it will help in weight loss, bet your life on it that it will make you slimmer without the threat of sagginess!

and if you want to hear the story of our Royale products user and those testimonials, click here.

Royale Products

The products are effective to the very end of their claims. Rid of your hesitations, I have to tell you, and if my guarantee (or at least my experience’s) isn’t enough, know that these products are PIPAC (Philippine Institute of Pure and Applied Science) approved, FDA-approved and HALAL-certified. Meaning: the measurements, ingredients and claims in the label are accurate and honest; and the products pass the strict standards of Muslim countries.

Why Royale, whose marketing plan is based completely in product movement, gets so big is due to many factors; one perhaps is the price range of the products. They come in affordable, inexpensive and reasonable prices without compromising efficacy and quality. In short, Royale products are versatile in all markets.

How the company manages to pull this off—I believe, and this is another thing I like about Royale—is due to their strict implementation of the SRP and pure word of mouth system. The Suggested Retail Price of a product is strictly followed, meaning, if Kojic Papaya Soap is set at 180 pesos apiece, to keep the competition in the market as fair. Pure word of mouth is effective in Royale’s system because there’s no major advertisement of products whatsoever for distributors to worry about.

Because sometimes a great product isn’t enough; it takes a great marketing system as well.
The Marketing Plan:
Can Anyone Earn?

Let me tell you a story: you are trying to learn to play the guitar for whatever reason. And you do what you have to do—you memorize all the chords, until you get to play different songs, and finally you get to compose your own music. And you get to all this, only right after your fingers blister from practicing.

Why am I telling you this story? Because really, the answer to the question—can anyone earn in Royale!?—is technically a “no.” No, in a sense that not everyone is willing to get their fingers blistered, and in a sense that “earn” meaning “earn well.” But to say that anyone can earn in Royale, at least 90% of the time, is true.

Remember that there is no such thing as the perfect system.
Five ways to earn…chose how your income flows in

And most of the time network marketing companies produce great systems, it’s just that we’re too lazy to actually do those systems. But if you’re going to play your chances and actually decide to act on them, it’s wise to go with that 90% chance and make it work for you. And this is what I love about Royale’s system: it’s you who dictates whatever income you get to receive.Five ways to earn…chose how your income flows in ;)

In addition, I like that you have what Royale calls “ways to earn,” because they’re really just options for you as a distributor and you can freely do one or two or three or four out of five or all of the five or none at all. Royale will provide you everything that you might need—trainings, marketing tools, global-wide branches, I mean, everything!—that in the end, it’s going to be up to you if you’re determined to earn or not. It all boils down to what effort you are willing to exert.

Let me give you an idea: Royale is a member of Philippine Marketing Association (along with other elite affiliations like PhilExport and Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry), meaning the marketing plan works. I myself is earning well with the system and now teaches other people to earn well with it too. But in the end, it’s not the income that attracts the legion of distributors to Royale: it’s the culture it has built for its distributors.
The Culture: What Pushes
Royale to the Top

Royale Business Club International, Inc., is a network marketing company created by two Filipinos whose credence in Philippine Business is simply outstanding: Ricardo S. Castaneda is a former banker whose banking and entertainment businesses grow as we speak; and Juluis Alan Nolasco, a young Filipino billionaire and network marketing mastermind.

Multi-millionaire Ariel De Leon, taking precious bit of his time to teach new distributors how to do the business right. He basically taught my group without expecting anything in return. :)

The effective marketing plan isn’t a surprise to me at all, and the “Filipino-ness” of the company is much the same. In my observations I feel that what pushes Royale to the top is the “bayanihan” culture it promotes. That bit in all of us that’s willing to help others even if there’s nothing in return. Everyone is helping everyone. And that makes learning, application and leadership easier. Makes the community feel easier. Thus, brings in results much faster.

Fast-forward going into eight years and this culture is well-preserved, in fact, much stronger.

Royale’s vision is to be globally recognized. Because of its core philosophy—“helping people is our way of life”—I see that it’s not too long now, and in fact, as we speak, it’s beginning to happen. All I can say is I’m blessed to have been part of such visionary network company.
Conclusion: Should I Join Royale?

There should be nothing to stop you from joining, and at the end of the day, the decision is yours and yours only. And I promised that I will not convince you to join—that I did. I practically presented to you what Royale is basically. It’s entirely up to you to decide if Royale is cut out to be one of your business ventures.

Finally, to give you an idea, here are some questions you would want to consider asking yourself:
Do I need extra income?
Do I need preventive measures to cover my overall health?
Do I want to enhance my physical appearance?
Do I want passive, residual income?
Will I do whatever it takes to get all four above?

If you answered yes to all questions, it’s likely that you will thrive in the business of Royale and network marketing as a whole, and joining will definitely be a clever move.

I hope I shed some light to your concerns. If you need more help or have further questions about network marketing, you can reach me in my e-mail, or in Facebook. You can also add me as a friend. I’d be happy to help you sort things out.

Why People Have Earnings But Have No Savings

THE RAT RACE CYCLE
This cycle is very common especially to Filipino Employees!

FIRST STAGE: Working everyday to gain the minimum or average income. Or commonly known as the “no work, no pay” system.

SECOND STAGE: And after receiving your income, you will automatically put atleast 1/2 of it to fixed expenses (rent, electric and water bills etc.) and buying things that are just wants and not needs.

THIRD STAGE: Stretching your budget, because it is not enough for your basic needs.

FOURTH STAGE: So therefore, you will have another debt to a friend or a loan to a bank.

FIFTH STAGE: Work harder to pay debts, loans and other expenses. (back to first stage)

** CHANGE MONEY HABIT, get out of this cycle, and do not be that rat that runs without a productive outcome.

What is SUPERBRANDS

What is "Superbrands"?

Little do we know about the impact that "Superbrands" has in regard to the products that we consumers are buying. What we don't know is that this has to be given great emphasis especially when it comes to products that are for our health and wellness.

So what is "Superbrands"?

According to (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superbrands) The Superbrands organization is an independent arbiter on branding. Its membership programmes pay tribute to the world's leading brands, as selected by experts and consumers. The organization also publishes a series of brand-focused books and publications. Superbrands has launched its programs in many key global markets and has publications in over 86 countries.

Background
Superbrands was founded by advertising executive Marcel Knobil in London in 1994. It began as a radio show on GLR (now BBC Radio London), which was aimed at giving ordinary customers an insight into the significant brands that touched their lives. Due to the success of the show, the Superbrands organization was founded in 1995.
In each country that it operates, it aims to identify brands that perform above and beyond other brands within their respective markets. To facilitate this, each country has an independent and voluntary council, which is made up of notable experts in the branding and marketing communication industry as well as experts from local and international blue-chip organizations. Brands that are rated highly by both the council and consumers are eligible for inclusion in a Superbrands project. Step 1 Study: an independent study elects the strongest brands of the country called Superbrands. Step 2 Reward and Knowledge; Superbrands Seal of Excellence, The Superbrands book. In some countries they also hold seminars and Awards ceremonies.

Selection criteria
In each country that Superbrands operates in, it elects a Superbrands Council, which usually comprises industry experts and practitioners, which selects the top brands under various categories and awards them the status of "Superbrands". Brands are invited to participate in the Superbrands project based on the following criteria: market dominance, longevity, goodwill, customer loyalty and market acceptancy.

Royalè is a Superbrands awardee
In the Philippines, all health and beauty products that are to be consumed by users has to have the approval from by FDA or the Food and Drugs Administration along with the other local agencies. But is it really enough to have just that certificate to say that this product is at the top of all products on the same category? Anyone who distributes these products would surely get that certificate from the government provided that all requirements are met. But in classifying the quality, standards and effectiveness of a product against other products out in the market, these locally issued certificate may not be enough to prove such claims. So this is why "Superbrands" plays a very big role in recognizing exceptional products worthy to be called as the ultimate products on top of all its class.

Royalè is proud to be awarded with the "Superbrands" status and is the only product so far in the Philippines to have such recognition. We are already out in the International market and having the "Superbrands" status award to our name had helped us reached the market of other countries successfully and is rapidly growing fast and expanding to other countries. Thanks to all the consumers in the Philippines who had attested to the quality and effectivity of our Royalè products as they had helped us gained the prestigious "Superbrands" status.

A guide to consumers
If you have to pay the same amount for example on a L-Glutathione capsule to boost your health and immune system, would you rather purchase a product that claimed to be the best by themselves or would you rather purchase Royalè's L-GlutaPower which has a proven track record not just here locally but also in International markets. Know what you are consuming especially because this is for the betterness of your health and also for the value of your money.

Royalè products are all awarded with the "Superbrands" status and not only that, even our product packaging has been recognized in the US and International agencies.

Again, you must know what you are purchasing especially when it comes to your health and wellness. Prevention is always better than cure.

Thanks and stay safe my friends!

What is Network Marketing

But, bago natin pag-usapan kung bakit sila tama. Pag-usapan muna natin kung ano nga ba talaga ang Network Marketing or MLM.

Network Marketing or also known as MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing) ay isang business model na gumagamit ng direct selling at ng relationship bilang paraan ng pagbebenta ng company products or services.
Sa madaling salita, ang Network Marketing or MLM ay isang marketing strategy na gumagamit ng indipendent representative or business associates para ma-reach ang potential customers nito through word-of-mouth na hindi kayang abutin ng Traditional online or offline marketing strategies. (Billboards, flyers, tv ads, online ads,etc..)

Network Marketing ay parang Franchising Business din, where in makakapag-franchise ka ng business. A business na may sariling products, business na may sariling systema na susundan mo nalang. So people who are involved in Network Marketing are not just an Independent Distributors, Business Associates, Sales Force or whatever you called them. Basically, and in reality they are Independent Business Owners too.

Network Marketing is a Business Model not a Company

Most of these companies offers a good compensation plan at maayos na systema.

People who have experienced this ang mga kadalasang nagba-bad mouth sa Network Marketing.. Without realizing na hindi naman ang Network Marketing Industry and nanloko or nagpush sakanila to fail. It is the unethical company na sinalihan nila.

Network Marketing is Pyramiding (SCAM)

^ _ ^ But that doesn’t mean na pyramiding nga ang network marketing.

The point is, they really don’t know what is Pyramiding. They really dont know the difference between pyramiding and network marketing. And its not the figure or shape ang magsasabi kung pyramidinig or legit na opportunity nga ba ang isang network marketing company. Its the business ethics of the company.

Pyramiding (Pyramid Scheme) & Network Marketing are totally different.
Where in participants only make money by recruiting and enrolling more members, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. Kabilagtaran ito ng Network Martketing or MLM.

Recruit-Recruit

Pyramiding still applies to them at this point,recruit-recruit lang. Yes, sa network marketing kailangan mo mag-recruit.
BUT not like in pyramid schemes. Sa network marketing may products na kapalit, service na kapalit, at equal opportunity na kapalit. In short, may BUSINESS na kapalit.

Technically, most of the network marketing companies pays you based on the volume of products or services that you sold. And the commissions are based in your own organizations or group sales & efforts. For those who are already involved in NM, we know better. Its more deeper than recruit-recruit lang. Its not just about recruiting only and having as many people join you . Its about sharing the business and helping other people achieve what they want in life through network marketing.

This is how network marketing works. Kung recruit-recruit ka lang at nagco-collect ng mga commissions after having them joined. You will most likely fail in this industry, because you’re doing the business the WRONG way. The Pyramiding way.

Benta-Benta

Yes, network marketing is certainly about Sales. Lahat naman ng businesses ay kailangan mag-generate ng sales, kung walang sales then there is no business. Make sense?

Isa lang sa paraan para kumita from Network Marketing is through benta-benta or direct selling.Network Marketing companies usually offers big discounts sa mga indipendent distributors or associates nito. Big discounts means big profit.
But the good thing kapag nagdi-direct selling ka sa network marketing is, you do not work or sell alone. You do not just earn from your own sales alone. You will generate income or kikita ka ng override commissions galing sa sales ng iyong network or organization mo up to infinity. And that is what we called leveraging.

Conclusion

Network Marketing is not a scam.It is a form of business that is being abused by other elements. It is a legit business model and a equal business opportunity . It is the best way for average person today to build a significant asset that will permit them to live and retire in freedom.

Network marketing is like most business, kailangan ng pasensya at matinding determination.
But the best part is, Sa network marketing ay hindi mo kailangan iwan ang current job mo, isang business na hindi kailangan ng college education, magandang background at ng malaking puhunan para kumita ng malaki.

Its a business system that you can simply follow and generate passive income from it. However, network marketing is not just about you. I believe and many do, Robert Kiyosaki summed it up nicely “Network Marketing is the business school for people who like helping people”.
