One way or another, you’ve already heard about Royale Business Club International, Inc., currently the top distributorship and network marketing company in my native Philippines.
Before I begin, however, I’d like to get something of the way, as all reviewers do: I’d like to put stress on the fact that this review is going to be objective, honest and unbiased. Yes. I’m an Independent Distributor for Royale, but I’m not going to convince you to join or anything. This review is simply to give you an objective look at the company so that you get to know your way with your options.
Okay, here are my mum and niece…engaging in the business too! It has become a family business to us.
Now, let’s talk details: in the eight years of its on-going operation, Royale took the Asian market by storm—and gradually—other continents, too. Since its inception in 2006, Royale have seen more than 700 self-made millionaires already, and built international offices in Dubai, Taiwan and Singapore (plus, recently, London), which are pretty solid achievements alone, andfantastic, given the short period of time that they took.
In this review, I’ll dive in and will be looking into Royale’s product line, marketing plan and finally, just why I decided to join and promote it in my blog.

It’s a network marketing company but also utilizes multi-level marketing only as one of the various ways it promotes to produce income, which is something I love about it.

Let me emphasize the multi-level marketing aspect of Royale. It’s great that Royale’s MLM has no quota, time frame nor demotion, so no pressure!—true to the independence it promises to its distributors.
One wonders how this company got so big, and I think it’s all because of its products: Royale manufactures its own products to which it sets meticulous standards for.
This is an objective outlook: in the Philippines, many companies have failed to see the most primitive—most basic!—fundamental aspect in network marketing: the products. Royale understands this perfectly, restricting any advertisement for any of their products, setting a strict standard retail price (SRP), and implementing efficient sets of rules, thus making for a distributor-friendly marketing. If the products are effective and–in Royale’s case–inexpensive, the sales force is nevermore stronger. Explaining the fast and large growth.
The Products: Importance of Efficacy, Transparency and Price
What I like about Royale products is the fact that they simply work. No bullshit. No scheme. No false advertisements. If a Royale product claims that it will help in correcting the lines on your face, count on it that your facial lines will be refined. If a Royale product claims that it will help in weight loss, bet your life on it that it will make you slimmer without the threat of sagginess!

Why Royale, whose marketing plan is based completely in product movement, gets so big is due to many factors; one perhaps is the price range of the products. They come in affordable, inexpensive and reasonable prices without compromising efficacy and quality. In short, Royale products are versatile in all markets.
How the company manages to pull this off—I believe, and this is another thing I like about Royale—is due to their strict implementation of the SRP and pure word of mouth system. The Suggested Retail Price of a product is strictly followed, meaning, if Kojic Papaya Soap is set at 180 pesos apiece, to keep the competition in the market as fair. Pure word of mouth is effective in Royale’s system because there’s no major advertisement of products whatsoever for distributors to worry about.
Because sometimes a great product isn’t enough; it takes a great marketing system as well.
The Marketing Plan:
Can Anyone Earn?
Let me tell you a story: you are trying to learn to play the guitar for whatever reason. And you do what you have to do—you memorize all the chords, until you get to play different songs, and finally you get to compose your own music. And you get to all this, only right after your fingers blister from practicing.
Why am I telling you this story? Because really, the answer to the question—can anyone earn in Royale!?—is technically a “no.” No, in a sense that not everyone is willing to get their fingers blistered, and in a sense that “earn” meaning “earn well.” But to say that anyone can earn in Royale, at least 90% of the time, is true.
Remember that there is no such thing as the perfect system.
Five ways to earn…chose how your income flows in |
And most of the time network marketing companies produce great systems, it’s just that we’re too lazy to actually do those systems. But if you’re going to play your chances and actually decide to act on them, it’s wise to go with that 90% chance and make it work for you. And this is what I love about Royale’s system: it’s you who dictates whatever income you get to receive.Five ways to earn…chose how your income flows in ;)
In addition, I like that you have what Royale calls “ways to earn,” because they’re really just options for you as a distributor and you can freely do one or two or three or four out of five or all of the five or none at all. Royale will provide you everything that you might need—trainings, marketing tools, global-wide branches, I mean, everything!—that in the end, it’s going to be up to you if you’re determined to earn or not. It all boils down to what effort you are willing to exert.
Let me give you an idea: Royale is a member of Philippine Marketing Association (along with other elite affiliations like PhilExport and Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry), meaning the marketing plan works. I myself is earning well with the system and now teaches other people to earn well with it too. But in the end, it’s not the income that attracts the legion of distributors to Royale: it’s the culture it has built for its distributors.
The Culture: What Pushes
Royale to the Top
Royale Business Club International, Inc., is a network marketing company created by two Filipinos whose credence in Philippine Business is simply outstanding: Ricardo S. Castaneda is a former banker whose banking and entertainment businesses grow as we speak; and Juluis Alan Nolasco, a young Filipino billionaire and network marketing mastermind.
Multi-millionaire Ariel De Leon, taking precious bit of his time to teach new distributors how to do the business right. He basically taught my group without expecting anything in return. :)
The effective marketing plan isn’t a surprise to me at all, and the “Filipino-ness” of the company is much the same. In my observations I feel that what pushes Royale to the top is the “bayanihan” culture it promotes. That bit in all of us that’s willing to help others even if there’s nothing in return. Everyone is helping everyone. And that makes learning, application and leadership easier. Makes the community feel easier. Thus, brings in results much faster.
Fast-forward going into eight years and this culture is well-preserved, in fact, much stronger.
Royale’s vision is to be globally recognized. Because of its core philosophy—“helping people is our way of life”—I see that it’s not too long now, and in fact, as we speak, it’s beginning to happen. All I can say is I’m blessed to have been part of such visionary network company.
Conclusion: Should I Join Royale?
There should be nothing to stop you from joining, and at the end of the day, the decision is yours and yours only. And I promised that I will not convince you to join—that I did. I practically presented to you what Royale is basically. It’s entirely up to you to decide if Royale is cut out to be one of your business ventures.
Finally, to give you an idea, here are some questions you would want to consider asking yourself:
Do I need extra income?
Do I need preventive measures to cover my overall health?
Do I want to enhance my physical appearance?
Do I want passive, residual income?
Will I do whatever it takes to get all four above?
If you answered yes to all questions, it’s likely that you will thrive in the business of Royale and network marketing as a whole, and joining will definitely be a clever move.
I hope I shed some light to your concerns. If you need more help or have further questions about network marketing, you can reach me in my e-mail, or in Facebook. You can also add me as a friend. I’d be happy to help you sort things out.
